A Course in Self-Knowledge. A 7 day online 'retreat'.
The purpose of this online retreat is to help people understand themselves better.
The better that people understand themselves, the less likely they are to repeat unhelpful patterns or to behave in ways that might be damaging.
To increase self-knowledge is to shine a light on one’s blind spots, and so reduce the power of the unconscious in controlling our lives.
The course is made up of six videos plus an accompanying exercise book that you will complete over the course of the week. (Please note that you will need a YouTube account to view the private videos.) Each video consists of a series of slides with a voiceover to explain them.
It takes a particular theme such as ‘Types and Archetypes’ and goes into the psychology involved.
At certain points during the video, you will be invited to press pause, turn to the exercise book, and complete the relevant exercise before returning to the video. The final exercise asks you to reflect on the course as a whole.
It addition to exercise book and videos,
- We will open a private Facebook group for those who wish to share and engage in group discussions.
- And at the end of the retreat we will have a live zoom session where we can share are thoughts and reflect on what we have discovered about ourselves. For those who can not join we will send you the recording.
Are you ready to explore the fundamental question, "Who am I"?
Join us for this unique week-long online 'retreat' and begin your journey of self-discovery!
